During my experience in the health and wellness industry, I’ve learned that a healthy lifestyle looks different for everyone.

While nutrition is an important part of health, true wellness is holistic and includes nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management. We must be physically, mentally, and spiritually whole to be healthy.

It is my passion to empower individuals to make informed decisions about their health and well-being by creating engaging, evidence-based, and easy-to-understand content.

My education and experience have given me the tools to turn technical language and scientific data into digestible information that anyone can understand.
